Screened in porch where you will find the hot tub to enjoy. Firepit and gas grill for your pleasure. Plenty of parking and lots of Hobbits to find!

This tiny home in Rockingham County has a lot to offer. Cram-packed with amenities, it has everything you need for a weekend retreat or week-long getaway. It includes a full kitchen, bathroom with tile shower, sleeper sofa that turns into a queen bed and smart TV. In the living room, there is a custom fold-down table for eating or playing cards. Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!
