Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. Located on a working sheep and cropping farm in the heart of the Grampians National Park, our cottage has you only a stones-throw from renowned bush-walking tracks, rock-climbing opportunities, wildlife spotting, driving adventures, golf course and the gorgeous township of Dunkeld.

Handcrafted Shack, Halls Gap, Grampians (Gariwerd)

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

"Kennebec" c1902 Homestead | Studio | Family Suite

"Kennebec" homestead is all yours! We have lovingly restored (& added a bit of modern luxury) this 1902 homestead which was build by our great grandfather. Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

From April to November you can enjoy the firepit, and if you’re lucky you may spot the 3 ponies and a donkey who roam the property freely. Simple caravan stay. Safe, warm and peaceful. Dacelo is a luxurious retreat based at the foot of Boronia Peak and a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Halls Gap. This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Relax by the fireplace whilst enjoying a glass of wine or take a long soak in the luxurious bath overlooking the Mt William Range. The fully equipped kitchen easily caters for small or large groups. Outside features a large entertaining area, fireplace and BBQ.

Hannah's Cottage

Cottage in Dunkeld with stunning mountain views. Ideal for couples, friends and families (up to 6 people) who love bushwalking and relaxing in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.
