This modern style of camping takes you inside a geodesic dome overlooking beautiful Trout River, Tablelands and a mountain formation known to locals as the Elephants Head. One queen bed with a comfy pillow top mattress is the perfect way to end your day. A pullout sofa bed, linens, towels, outdoor firepit, picnic table, BBQ, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a cooler for food storage. All you need is clothes, personal toiletries and food! Pond Side is a cozy 2 bedroom cabin nestled between the hills of the Viking Trail on a beautiful waterfront lot on Bonne Bay Pond. You are just steps from your deck to a private beach with access to launch water craft. Fit pit with lots seating as well. Located 6 km from south entrance to Gros Morne National Park. 26 km from Deer Lake. Pond Side is on Old Bonne Bay Pond Rd 1200 ft from the Viking Trail, Route 430. Perfectly centred to explore both north & south sides of Gros Morne Park.
