Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks and 35 minutes from Kamloops. We are surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, and lots of outdoor activities. The property is lakefront, and guests have access to a small non-motor lake where they can enjoy the dock, paddle or swim. Dogs are welcome. Our dog Zenji lives here.
