1960s Beach cottage centrally located in KDH. Only a min walk and you are at the beach. Property is surrounded by some of the most popular restaurants in town. Swellsa Brewing is on the corner. If your looking for a place to crash for the night and/or a beachy experience; Sandy Toes Beach Hut is what you are looking for. This property is sectioned but attached from the main house which is occupied. Guests have the front of the house. 2 bedroom 1 bath. There is NOT a kitchen. 420 friendly.

Take it easy at this unique newly built getaway. Enjoy world class sunsets. You will feel as though you are high above the tree line in an elegant treehouse. This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

Summer fun at Summer Salt!

Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.

Tip Sea, close to beach, shabby chic, clean!

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a new brewery. Everything needed nearby! Older windows we ask to not open. Note: Linens are NOT provided (bed covers are). MP 9.5
