Beautiful completely renovated apartment on the first floor of family house situated on the beach front, surrounded by pines and overlooking the coast and the bay. The place consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room. From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment building is situated about 50 meters from the sea and the local beach with a lot of content for the whole family. You can rent sunbeds and a sunshade, there's bars and places to eat on the beach too. The apartment has a private entrance and is most suitable for 2 people or a family with one child. The apartment is on the same floor as the other 2 on our listing and you can book all 3 apartments for a total of 9 people.

Brand new modern seaview apartment

This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of a new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, additional small toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Every room is air conditioned and has a wifi access. Terrace has a sea view and a pool view. Additional parts of the villa are the pool, indoor and outdoor garage, gym and elevator. Our guests have a private lounge with umbrella's and sunbeds on the beach.

Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Apartman Elena nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening.
