Cozy Corners

Cozy Corners, built in 1945, offers approximately 900 sq. ft. You, my guests, are recipients of the wall verses that I put on the walls while I was living there, before I knew the house's future occupation. Due to my personal life style and choices, I do not provide TV, but I am now offering WiFi. Pets (pet fee applies) and children are welcome, but no additional supplies are provided at this time. A Ring doorbell monitors both outside doors. Come enjoy my favorite home town known as mural city.

An Ozark Oasis in the middle of a working cattle ranch, this custom designed home offers deluxe comfort. With multiple decks, porches and views out every window, this home is the perfect getaway for romantic retreats, family and friends to relax and make memories, artists and writers to host workshops or retreats, or even the single person to just get away from it all. Located just 6 miles south of Owensville, Mo this newly renovated farm house will provide you the countryside escape you have been looking for with no shortage of amenities. This 2 story farm house was originally constructed in 1888 as a multi family boarding house before the Kreter family purchased it in the 1930’s. In 2021 we made the decision to completely restore the house and bring it to its modern day glory.

Fullsized fridge with freezer, electric cookstove with oven,big screen TV with netflix, Hulu, etc. New Serta mattress, new hardwood floor, Fast WiFi, Close to town but no neighbors, private entrance. Close to the highway, Off road parking space close to the door. Well mannered pets welcome, ill mannered humans not so much.

The comfort and beauty is second to none. We are 36 miles from Fort Leonard Wood and 15 miles from Fugitive Beach! A pet fee of $60 applies so that we can provide deep cleaning and fresh blankets after your pet's visit.
