This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. The apartment has a small balcony hanging over Piata Sfatului. Take your chair and book, step out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and the lively atmosphere of the square. The apartment also features a 13 sqm (140 sq ft) lovely loft where the bedroom is located. The bathroom is covered with warm-colored Vratza limestone and has a minimalist design. It includes ViIleroy&Boch WC and sink and a Hansgrohe Raindance shower. Everything inside is brand new and top of the line done in modern renovation style. This apartment is the ultimate luxury that Brasov has to offer in the absolutely most charming central location.
