You will enjoy the Peace and Quiet here! Enjoy watching the Horses out to pasture. Explore the many miles of State Forest. Horse & Hiking trails right down the road and Connect with Nature. Take some time to enjoy the Swing in the Flower Garden this Spring and Summer. Relax, watch and listen to the many birds here. There is a Complete Kitchen for you to cook meals. Organic eggs are in the fridge for you to enjoy from our free range chickens. Close to Colgate/Morrisville/Hamilton Colleges.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Valley View Cottage

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away

Come enjoy our Little Piece of Haven with amazing lake views and Oneida Lake access across the street. Our log cabin offers the perfect space for a girls weekend away, a fishing weekend or a family lake vacation! There are two bedrooms on the first floor with queen sized beds and a king bed in the spacious loft. A cozy living room and open dining area will make you feel right at home. Just a few steps away from swimming, fishing, and boating! Access to a basketball court and field on the other side of the house as well! Steps away from a blueberry farm and a path for walking, biking or taking out a quad.
