Set in an olive grove of about an acre,with various terraces leading down to a stream at the bottom ( dry in summer) Fenced off private pool 9x5 (approx) with solar heating and bar area and table tennis outside the house. The beach at Torre del Mar is 50 minutes away, along with large supermarkets at Velez-Malaga. The village of Comares is 10 minutes away .

Hiking, trekking, climbing, and bike training are fantastic activities here during winter, allowing you to enjoy warm temperatures and some sunny days. The house is designed to connect the different rooms with the outside. The use of natural materials such as lime, wood, ceramics and local pebbles is perfect to enjoy it barefoot. Its location allows you to dine and walk around town and, at the same time, feel as you were in nature, enjoying the views of the hills as you cool off in the terrace jacuzzi.
