Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. The Nook is a stylish, cosy, homely annexe with peaceful views over the countryside where you often see Roe Deer, Rabbits, Foxes and Birds of Prey. Located close to the historic town of Romsey, the incredible Fishlake Meadows nature reserve, the beautiful New Forest National Park, Peppa Pig World, Sir Harrold Hillier Gardens as well as many other family attractions. Beautiful beaches are only a 30 minute drive away, and a good selection of pubs and restaurants only a 5 minute drive away.

A light & airy self-contained studio in the New Forest. The perfect base for you to holiday or work away. Suitable for two adults & one child under 12, it features a comfy double bed, small guest bed or cot (on request), kitchenette, separate shower room, & fold-down table that can be used as a desk or for meals. The studio is a stone's throw from spectacular walks & cycleways, fabulous pubs, picturesque villages, great attractions & stunning coastlines - all waiting for you to discover!

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

Five miles from both Winchester and Romsey, a fifteen minute walk to the lovely village of Hursley with its two pubs and great walks! Perfect for IBM Hursley, Peppa Pig World/Paultons Park, the New Forest (25 minutes) and beaches (40 minutes). You can be in Southampton with cinemas, bowling, shopping etc in 20 minutes. A great exploring base!
