We are 10 minutes away to MacArthur Airport in Islip, 5 minutes to shopping center where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!

You will have the private upper floor of the cottage with a private entrance. There is a spacious porch and front yard with lounge chairs where you can watch the deer, chipmunks, birds, & rabbits. Short ride to Stony Brook University.

Hang up your car keys and your worries and come visit this beautiful, stylish, coastal gem. Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away from the water and three blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walkings and site-seeings. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
