Kim and Gary are residents of Excelsior Springs. We both enjoy restoring and rehabbing homes. We live in 100 year old home and have lovingly restored it and kept it's character in tact. When this 1917 craftsman went on the market we where able to buy it and spend a year restoring it! It's awesome that the Sunny Side Cottage is a whole house vacation rental so it can be shared and enjoyed by guest from all over the world. We are both very active in our community and involved in many different events such as the June Wine Fest. We can help guest plan a interesting fun stay in our area!

I have very busy schedule if I can meet and greet guest I do. I have my contact numbers so guest can call or text if they need something. Security key pad for guest to be able enter/exit property with out key. Check in 4 and check out 11. If cottage is not booked we can work with guest on check in/out times. Cottage manual in breakfast nook on how to enjoy cottage to its full potential. Wifi code, TV directions, etc. All kinds visitor information on local area on things to do.
