This spacious family apartment with both sea and mountain views, has it all.
Only 300m from the beach , in the quieter residential part of Denia with a number excellent bars and eateries nearby and a short step to the outstanding Marina with its excellent rated restaurants and bars and of course the ever popular Zensa at the end. The beach has a very family friendly beach bar during the long summer months.

The apartment is one of only twenty in a secure and gated community. The master bedroom has an en-suite with bath and ample wardrobe space, plus a giant bed to spread out. The second bedroom has twin beds and ample wardrobe space with a shower room adjacent. The living area is open plan, with large kitchen full of every utensil required and a breakfast bar to plan your days. The terrace has table and chairs for the alfresco dining that is essential on the hot days and evenings. The apartment is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool.
The large pool and extensive gardens are shared and the gardens provide shade to cool off on those hot afternoons. We provide loungers and chairs to use around the pool.
Located in the quieter residential part of Denia with a local mini supermarket to get your fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants nearby. As featured on the recent Channel 5 Costa Del Celebrities, Denia is a jewel on the Costa Blanca coast and has a Michelin 3 star restaurant on its doorstep.
Our Apartment is about a 20-25 min walk (or 5 min bike ride) to Denia centre and just 750m from the fantastic marina. Free unlimited WI-Fi is available for guests and with air-conditioning/heating throughout. Your own private parking space, remote controllable gates (complex can only be entered by owners and tenants) Immaculate communal garden with beautiful, maturing palms and ancient olive trees the gardens are relaxing and beautiful . The large private swimming pool, with shallow toddlers area offers the chance to cool off during those hot summer days.
Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge/freezer,dishwasher, electric hob, oven, electric kettle, washing machine, microwave, line-dryer.
In the lounge sit back in the leather seats to enjoy the 40 inch digital LED TV (UK satellite, USB drive),with DVD player, and modern wireless hifi unit.,. The main bedroom enjoys a King size bed and the second bedroom two singles - bedding and all linen is included as are towels and even tea-towels (Please bring your own beach towels).
On the terrace enjoy the lovely sea and/or mountain views, so in the evenings you can sip the local wine and watch the sun go down and the moon rise over the marina!

Access is via an electronic gate , and we will supply the key code. Access to the apartment is again via a key code. Parking is available within the gardens.

Denia is a large picturesque medieval Spanish town nestled between the coastal hills and orange grooves of the Costa Blanca at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying 320 days of sunshine a year with comfortable temperatures all year. Denia is situated on the northern section of the Costa Blanca mid-way between Alicante and Valencia that are both one-hour away by motorway, the perfect setting for a great holiday. It is blessed with a mild year round climate, voted by the World Health Organisation as having the healthiest climate in Europe, making it ideal whenever you visit. The average year round temperature is 18 C, so it is no wonder the locals have put up a monument to the weather. The town is crowned by the medieval castle that enjoys excellent views over the coastline. The main street is paved with marble and lined with shady plane trees and numerous pavement restaurants. The typically Spanish taverns, coffee bars and restaurants are intertwined with ice cream parlours, banks and world class speciality designer clothing....all just a moment’s walk from golden beaches, the sea and the daily fish auction which is open to the public. A beautiful Marina, one of the largest in the Mediterranean, is home to many wonderful private and charter boats that cruise the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. There is an indoor market every day, a larger market twice a week and an even larger weekly market every Monday morning.
