Recreation area Wienerwald: The apartment is 7 minutes by tram from the recreation area Wienerwald and Wilhelminenberg. From there you have then a breathtaking view over the city of Vienna. Stroll in the Vienna woods with bird diversity, vineyards, lakes, hiking trails and mountain bike routes. Ideal for nature lovers and joggers.
Also within walking distance are supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM and a bakery, even on sunday. Using the existing shopping trolley, you can buy groceries easily.

Hallo, mein Name ist Astrid Bader und ich wohne im schönen 16. Bezirk in Wien. Im selben Haus vermiete ich zwei Wohnungen und freue mich auf nette Wien Besucher. Ich kann jedem Interessierten nur empfehlen ein Apartment einem Hotelzimmer vorzuziehen, da man sich in einem Hotel nie so "zuhause" fühlen kann wie in einer vollausgestatteten Wohnung. So reise ich mit Freunden auch am liebsten. Außerdem ist dies meist die preiswerteste Wohnmöglichkeit. So...damit ich auch die vorgeschlagenen Fragen nach Lieblingsreiseziel, -Buch, -Film, Musik und -Essen beantwortet habe...
