Cozy, quiet room with open kitchen in a loft apartment with bathroom for sole use. The modern and fully equipped new kitchenline is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pad mashine, water cooker, toaster and everything you need for cooking and self catering. She also has a hood. The second room in this apartment (not for the guest) occasionally uses my girlfriend as a reading and study room. The guest is asleep alone in this apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2016 and newly furnished. Also bed, mattress and head pillow are new.

Your apartment is located in a small side street between Aegidientorplatz and Maschsee. They are centrally located in the best location, but still wonderfully quiet.
On foot you are in 5 minutes at the metro station Schlägerstr. By tram you can be in 5 min at the main station or in 13 min at the fair. Shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in 5 min.
Within a 5-15 minutes walk you can reach several museums such as Sprengelmuseum, Landesmuseum or Kestnermuseum, Rathaus and Maschpark, Maschsee, Georgstraße and pedestrian zone, Theater am Aegi, opera, old town, state parliament and much more.
