Note - there is NO DOOR at the top of the basement stairs. We have installed a sound muffling curtain for privacy but you could hear noise as we live here. If this is a problem please do not reserve with us.

Beautiful fully finished walkout basement with mountain views and flagstone patio. Private entrance through back sliding glass door. Very safe neighborhood. The house is on a cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking.
The space includes a bedroom with a king bed and attached full bath with a shower. It also includes your own, un-shared great room with a couch, love seat, cable TV, a bistro table with two chairs and a bar with four stools.
The bar has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, countertop stove and Keurig coffee maker. Includes cups, plates, bowls and silverware, some pots. BBQ grill on patio.
Towels and linens are included.
We are on open space so you MIGHT get to see owl, deer, fox, hummingbirds, hawks, and raccoons.

Access to the entire finished section of the basement plus the shared flagstone patio and backyard.

We do have 2 small dogs that do NOT have access to the basement area.
We also have young adults in the house and a 11 month old child.
As part of our covid cleaning we have been trying to leave the windows/door open as long as possible. If they are open when you arrive please feel free to close them. It may be a bit cold to start but will warm up.
There is also a big fridge with freezer in the room with the orange door feel free to use it.
Lastly, if you could let me know when you have left at the end of your stay it would be greatly appreciated. we are booked and that helps with our cleaning turn around.

We are walking distance from three shopping centers with a Target store, grocery store, coffee shops, fast food, fast casual restaurants, sports bars and pubs. There is a movie theater and many other restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.
There are also several area parks including tennis courts and batting cages within walking distance. And there is a trail system throughout the community for walking, jogging or biking.
We are mere minutes from Chatfield State Park which offers boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, camping, horseback riding, etc. And Roxborough State Park is a short drive for those looking for a hike away from the city and crowds.
And let's not forget the Rocky Mountains. Rocky Mountain National Park, ranked third in all National Park visits in 2017 with more visitors than Yellowstone and Yosemite, is 90 miles away.
There are many ski resorts within driving distance including Winter Park (75 miles) Breckenridge (90 miles) and Vail (100 miles) plus many more.

I have lived in the Denver area all of my life and have three children. I moved into the house I have listed in 1999 and in 2015 replaced the windows and blinds, the furnace, air conditioner and water heater.
