The area is located right on the seafront, next to downtown Juan-les-Pins which is the the festive part of Antibes during the summer season.
You will find fine sand beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and night-clubs. It is a very nice place to enjoy a walk along the seafront even during the winter season.
By the way, you can visit Antibes and its great old-town in a few minutes. In the meantime, take a look at the Quay of the Billionaires in the port where you will stare at some of the most beautiful yachts of the planet.
Also really close, you can visit Cannes in 10 minutes train ride or by car !
