This beautiful upgraded unit is a tropical paradise at Orange Beach. This Phoenix West II beachfront building has a long lazy river. Must see details of this particular unit are beautiful upgraded cabinets, tile flooring throughout, upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures, large flat screen TVs, granite counter tops, wet bar, fully stocked kitchen, and upscale furniture that separate our personal space from "just any rental condo".
Today's technology allows convenient online booking for this unit with updated availability. When you find that our beautiful accommodations and sleeping capacity of 8 adults (or 10 guests including small children) are perfect for your vacation, go ahead and reserve. Just please be sure to read our reservation policies, capacity, and age restrictions to be sure you are a fit for our personal vacation home as these details will be confirmed. As a privately owned family condo you will have access directly to the owner upon booking for any questions and a more personal experience.
With over 1958 square feet, this spacious unit has 2 king bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and 32-40" flat screen TVs. A 4th full bathroom is conveniently located off of the hall. The living room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The large sectional sofa offers plenty of seating. You will also have the convenience of a full size washer and dryer.
This unit is located at the northwest corner of the building. Our corner unit is one of the very few 3 bedrooms offering an upgraded unit with BOTH Gulf View and State Park lake views from the balcony.
Step outside your door to a huge lobby right on this level with ceiling to floor windows and a spectacular view.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: The Park at OWA, the Gulf Coast's newest Amusement Park opened in July, 2017. Also nearby: scenic zip Lining and kayak rentals are just 2 miles away at the Gulf Adventure Center. Adventure Island for mini golf and loads of entertainment for the family is only 1 mile away...go carts, lazer tag, arcade, bumper boats, etc. Check out Fat Daddy's Arcade located just in front of Adventure Island. Waterville USA, Gulf Shores' exciting water park, is 7 miles away on Hwy 59. The Wharf with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is also less than 7 miles away. And of course the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is 13 miles away!

As your host, we do whatever we can to communicate all details to be sure your vacation is all that you expected and will return calls promptly. Also, this is our personal vacation home, so we want to share it with guests who will treat it like they are staying at a friend's home. We have been so fortunate to have such guests because this has allowed us to rent the condo when we are not using it. We have 2 teenagers, live in Louisiana, and I love the beach. My favorite time of the year at Orange Beach is September-October.
