All bedrooms and living room have modern flat screen tv's and high speed wlan. Free call US & Canada. We offer a XBOX ONE with some games and a WLAN printer for free.
Open living area on the 2nd floor. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. The house offers new, high value furniture in every room. Dining room and living room comes with a separate balcony. The balcony on the sunny side is equipped with new and comfortable furniture. Enjoy a georgus view over the Gulf of Mexico.
On the ground level is a garage for 2 cars.
The neigborhood is very silent, in a perfect and in a very well maintained condition. A heated swimming pool and a separate hot tube (heating no extra cost) with BBQ grill (gas included) is only a few steps away.

It is a less than one minute walking distance to the beach and to our private dock at the bay. It is very silent and peaceful. We have the free island trolley bus station in a one minute walking distance and bars and restaurants in walking distance.
