Situated on the Mediterranean inspired Bouvard Island this property is a large canal front home sleeping up to 10 guests. With its private jetty enjoy boating, crabbing, fishing, kayaking or swimming from your door step.

Bouvard Island is a private gated community that offers a variety of local attractions and amenities.
The canal offers direct access to the Dawesville Cut ; turn right to venture out on the Indian Ocean or left to the Peel Estuary to enjoy crabbing, fishing and water sports.
It is an easy 5 minute walk to the popular, sheltered Avalon Beach which is ideal for children and families with small waves and shallow shores close to the beach. In the afternoon it is popular with surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers.
It is a short stroll to the local Piazza where you will find a supermarket and liquor store offering all the essentials and just beyond the gate is a French patisserie and high tea house.
The Miami Plaza shopping centre is a 5 minute drive for all you shopping needs and food outlets.
If golfing is your passion an international standard golf course, The Cut Golf Course, is 5 minutes drive away
The property offers numerous features including :
A 6 meter private jetty that will accommodate up to a 7m boat. Directly off the jetty enjoy crabbing, fishing, kayaking and swimming. (2 kayaks and crab nets provided). Dolphins regularly frequent the canals and are a joy to watch. Caution for young children as the property has an unfenced water front.
The property is directly opposite and it is an easy swim across to the Village Beach which is ideal for young children.
The rear of the property is east facing ensuring it is protected from the sea breeze lending itself to long, lazy afternoons enjoying the water. The outdoor area features a Weber BBQ, large lounge suite and heated outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the water.
The property features an open plan living / dining opening onto the alfresco area with direct access tot he canals.
The large gourmet kitchen features European appliances, stone bench tops, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The large dining area seats up to 12 and and living area accommodates a second TV.
There is a separate entertainment room with TV, Wii and over 100 DVDs to choose from.
