This is a 2/1 cottage style house located in a family friendly neighborhood with all original hardwood floors and tropical vibe...has a sizeable back yard for your enjoyment with table and chairs and grill area on the patio...there is also a fire pit (firewood not provided ). There is an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after the beach...The kitchen is light and bright and has includes toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave..kitchen ware (silverware, dishes, etc) if you don't see it...ask for it :) There is a dining area located off of the kitchen.
Clean and comfortable, the first bedroom has a queen sized bed with new linens and cozy comforter. Nicely decorated with antiques and stained glass...also has ample storage closet. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk with full futon/couch with cable TV. Living room has cable TV with also a ROKU firestick.
There is a sunroom overlooking the back yard for drinking your coffee and a great meditation space. Also provided are washer and dryer and a unique work space for your laptop or business needs.
