Typical old farmhouse, in al old little village on the hills near Spoleto, built in the XVII century, restored in traditional way and offering a pleasant staying. Very close to old towns built in Roman, Medieval and Renaissance ages.
We had a terrific stay for 6 nights. We didn't get to meet Rita but her husband Ricardo was delightful and a true gentleman. His advice on places to visit and restaurant recommendations were terrific. If you want to get away from the busy towns and noisy tourists then this is the…
Rita and Richardo could not have been better hosts. We stayed at their 2 bedroom two bath home for one month and could not have loved it more. The location for seeing Umbria could not have been better and the home itself was cozy, clean and decorated with Rita'sbeautiful water c…

Regarding the fans, I regret you didn' ask Elena and Marco, as I have two of them that, normally, are not necessary as the apartment is quite fresh. Kind regards, RIta.
