Let this cute, colorful apartment be your home away from home. Our clean, quiet, newly refinished garden level apartment is outfitted with brand new furnishings throughout. Enjoy the private garden at your leisure or relax in front of the TV in the living room. The open kitchen offers a breakfast bar, large fridge, stove-top, microwave and toaster oven. There is ample storage for your stay, including a huge wardrobe unit in the bedroom. Doors divide the Queen-sized bedroom from the living room, and the sleeper sofa makes this space comfortable for families.

My art studio is in the hallway between the front door and your apartment. There is a locked door that separates the art studio from your apartment. Chances are slim that I will be working in the studio during your stay, but there is a slight possibility that you might see me painting as you come home. If this is a problem, we can communicate in advance about the times I could potentially be in the studio. The only access to the private garden is through your casita, so depending on the time of year and length of your stay, I might need to arrange access to the yard via your apartment to manage the garden. Again, I would always coordinate this with you so as not to interfere with your privacy.
