This beautifully decorated & furnished home is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway in the desert, while only a 10 min drive to the strip. BBQ grill, patio set & lounge chairs by the pool.
* 2 cars max & no more than 6 people allowed. Monitored by outdoor surveillance
* Pool is $35/day to heat (need 48hrs notice). Spa heated all year at no additional cost.
* TVs stream Netflix & more. no basic local cable.
* During the day there is construction happening behind the house.

You wont find any other place like my house on this site because this is the home I live in and will be using this opportunity to share my house with you and travel the world!
You will find personal touches and decor throughout the entire house. It definitely wont feel like an empty bare minimum type of vacation rental. This will be your home away from home. The place is very modern and spacious. If you enjoy cooking, The fully stocked cabinets of spices and ingredients are yours to use. Downstairs is upgraded tile flooring and stairway to upstairs bedrooms is carpeted.
The upstairs loft area has been converted into an adorable bedroom with 2 full size beds(no locking door). There are 2 more standard bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed in each. Those rooms have a hall bathroom/shower with 2 sinks. If you walk down the catwalk, you end up in the master suite with a king bed and private bathroom with 2 sinks, walk in shower and bath tub.
There is an additional junior suite bedroom downstairs with one queen bed and private bathroom and spa style walk in shower!
Kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances & amenities: Keurig, crockpot, waffle maker, George Foreman Grill, silver ware, dishes, coffee mugs, wine glasses, pots and pans ect...
Gathering areas include:
Two Living rooms with full couch sets and a large flat screen TV. Farm style dining table that seats 8, Pool & Hot Tub, Outdoor entertaining area.
Bedrooms feature:
High quality mattresses, pillows and linens. Flat screen TVs in all rooms. Night stands, dressers and closet space. Beds, linens and towels are all new or barely used.
Bathroom features:
Tons of amenities, tooth brushes, cotton balls, q tips, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryers.
* Pool can be heated with 1 day notice and is $35/day to heat. Spa is available and heated all year at no additional cost.
* The house has all smart TVs streaming Netflix, Sling TV and more. There are no basic local cable channels.
* Outdoor cameras are used for security & safety.

1. Garage will be locked for storage.
2. Part of the closet in Master bedroom is locked for storage.
