One or two rooms not enough to hold your entire group? Well, maybe the entire Bed and Breakfast would do it! If you book the whole house, you would have five guest rooms that can sleep up to twelve people and four and a half baths.

If you book the whole house, you would have five guest rooms that can sleep up to twelve people and four and a half baths. All of our common areas would be yours to personally enjoy -- the game room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball, board games), the great room full of couches, the kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc.), and the backyard, complete with large saltwater pool! It's a great way to have everyone together! * The rental of the whole B&B does not include breakfast. If you would like to add breakfast back into the reservation, it can be arranged for an additional fee based on group size. ** A 20% deposit is required to reserve the full house. This deposit will be applied to your balance at check-in, and is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before your date.

All outside entry doors and guestroom doors have keypad locks on them. Each group of guests will receive their own key code into the B&B and into their rooms. The common areas (such as kitchen, living room, game room, patio, swimming pool) are available for use by all our guests. Please just be considerate of noise so that our other guests and neighbors may have a pleasant time. The swimming pool closes at 10pm. Feel free to wander around our 5.5 acres, but please do not cross any fences you may see as these mark our property boundaries. Crossing these boundaries is considered trespassing and will hurt the relationships we have built with our neighbors. There is plenty of parking in our private parking lot next to the B&B.

All outdoor noise on the patio and in the pool area needs to be "quiet" by 10pm out of consideration for our neighbors.

Our country-feel Bed and Breakfast offers four suites for guests to relax in and enjoy. One of the suites contains two rooms, with a shared bathroom, that sleeps up to four. The other suites are master bedrooms with private bathrooms with the possibility to sleep up to four. All rooms include flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, mini-fridge, room snacks, bathroom toiletries, hairdryers, iron/ironing boards, and a hot delicious breakfast. Guests will have access to our five acres of land, fishing pond, archery range.
We can also offer the B&B as a whole house rental for large groups or large families. Please call us at 346-224-3622 for availablity and special "whole-house" pricing!
If our rooms are full when you plan to visit our area, please register your name on our waiting list and we will contact you if a room becomes available.
