This 1-bedroom, 1-full bathroom apartment offers everything you can think and even more.
Access to the roof garden with the amazing views overlooking the city, the sea and islands of the Saronic Gulf.
Great value for money. Our only misunderstanding was that the listing is on the ground floor, which was not too clear by the description - or at least I wasn't able to grasp it. Apart from that, all was great! We were lucky enough to see the Easter midnight celebrations from the …
Dear Michalis Thank you for a great review. I'm so glad you enloyed your stay in my apartment. In the description is clearly mentioned that the apartment is on the ground floor and the global views above Athens comes from the roof garden of the building (free access 24/7) and not from the apartment. Apart of that the photos show a ground floor apartment with a nice back yard behind the parking lot of the building (cars in sight).
Nikos is a wonderful host, with valuable information, house is clean we liked it very much
Dear Sohrab, the only thing you had to do was to feed your GPS Navigator with the complete address I sent you when you made the reservation (as I always do with all my guests and for all my apartment - it's a standard copy paste message with all access and transfer information). Even more when you were driving a rental car in a vast and unknown to you city of 6 million people. When I say "complete address" I mean the address with the "ZIP CODE". Once there are more than one streets with the same name in Athens, you used the right street name but not the "zip code". When the GPS gave you 3-4 options, unfortunately you were not problematised by this and finally picked the right street name but in the wrong area. You called me, you told me that you were lost, I gave you the instructions and you finally found the house with half an hour delay. I understand that on arrival to Athens from "Ancient Olympia - Peloponnese", some 350 km, you were tired and not in the best mood, but you shouldn't accuse me for your own mistake. The pictures and the description in my advert couldn't be more accurate. The real size of this little flat is what I mention in my advert, that is 56m2. Be so kind to read previous guests reviews saying that this apartment is exactly as described if not better (...sorry to say...guests who were not lost in Athens and found the apartment by once and where they expected it to be).
