This is a basement apartment with sun kissed south facing windows is fully self-contained & ADU permitted. As a duplex-style bungalow, it has upper & lower private units with shared ceiling & floor. They both have only one entrance each; one in the front & the other along a private locked gated walk-way. Both are available to be booked for short & long-term. Unit is as described.
PRIVACY is absolutely respected! Under no circumstance do we enter your place without prior arrangements with you, if a need arises. Full stop.
PETS: The pet fee is $5/day per pet. Pets are only accepted with owner’s prior approval and pet owner’s signed simple pet agreement. That’s right, there is no toileting pets on the property. Most pet owners in the neighborhood take their well-loved pets out for walks and always pick up waste into a poop bags.
COMMUNICATIONS: From time to time, we may email or text you to see if you need anything.
CLEANING: After each guest, we launder all bedding & towels, wipe down all surfaces. Dry mop, vacuum and wet mop floors. If anything is not to your standards, please let us know while you are here & we’ll make it right!
TRASH & RECYCLING- Currently, we are part of a waste management cooperative & personally handle all the recycling, trash & pet excrement. Take your recycling and trash to our waste management center in side yard. Most anything can be recycled, so that will minimize the trash component. That’s the goal, anyway!
PARKING. Public street parking no fee, no permit required. This is a very popular place with many great restaurants and shopping. That said, parking in front of the house may be challenging, especially on week-end nights.
QUIET TIMES: 11pm-9am are quiet times. If neighbors in the building are noisy, let us know and we’ll have a chat with them.
If occupant doesn’t pay rent due, as with this guy, Airbnb goes about to collect. DAMAGES happen. For the easy stuff, we simply fix or replace. With major damage &/or multiple things are missing, we make a fully documented Damage Recovery Report with Airbnb who make their best determinations.
