We are sorry to hear, however, that you encountered a few issues during your stay. We apologize that the level of cleanliness did not meet our own high standard and we have since implemented a checklist to tend to those little areas that we may sometimes miss. If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we apologize. With a quick phone call or email, we could have easily addressed the cleaning issue and assured a more comfortable stay for you. We can assure you that all of these minor issues have now been fixed, kettle replaced.
