The fishing village Vorupør lies by the North Sea in Thy in Northwestern Jutland. Small fishing boats bring their catch to the beach, when the weather allows. The beach in Vorupør is also very good and has a blue flag. The town lies in the middle of Thy National Park (the first national park in Denmark). On the new bicycle path you can experience the national park at close range. The bicycle path goes from from Agger in the southr through Vorupør to Hanstholm. The town has several super markets and shops. The museum shows the history of Vorupør and in the Nordsø Aquarium is it possibe to see the fish living in the North Sea. Vorupør is a part of Cold Hawaii surfing and it is possible to book a surf course in the surf shop.
Our house lies 300 m from the beach in Nr. Vorupør. The appartment consists of a bedroom (with two beds), two living rooms (where two persons can sleep) and a bathroom with a shower. The appartment contains a small kitchenette. The kitchen in the house can also be used. In front of the house there is a small terrasse.
