Unsere gemütliche Wohnung bietet viel Platz für zwei. Vor allem unsere große Küche lädt zu gemeinsamen Weinabenden ein. Von meinem Zimmer aus kann man direkt auf den Balkon, wenn man zwischendurch gerne die Sonne genießen möchte.

The room for rent is in a shared flat and you're gonna live with my flatmates (Ly, Clara and Vincent) and a dog (Masou). He's a playful but quiet dog, he likes your attention but you can always easily tell him to leave you alone.

Ihr könnt gerne Küche und Bad benutzen, wie bei euch daheim. Wir haben Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, die euch zusätzlich zur Verfügung stehen :)
The room itself is fully furnished. You can use most of the stuff in there, e.g. furniture, towels, books. I'd appreciate it though if you don't use things like make-up and clothes, as I'll be leaving those in the room.
Other than that, you're of course allowed to use the kitchen and bathroom which you'll share with my flatmates. There's a dishwasher and washing machine too. It's also okay to smoke in the kitchen if you open the windows :)

In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es das Tempelhofer Hafen Center, das direkt am Hafen ist. Abends kann man sich dort noch ans Wasser setzen und die Sonne genießen :) das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nur zwei Stationen mit der U6 entfernt oder man spaziert dort einfach hin. Ansonsten erreicht man einen weiteren schönen Park in 10min zu Fuß von hier aus. Abgesehen vom Center gibt es auch noch einen Lidl und Netto 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Es finden sich im Kiez außerdem ein paar schöne Cafés und Vanille Marille (super leckeres Eis) -ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen :)
It's a quiet living area with many parks and a mall right around the corner. There you'll find anything you need, from supermarkets, pharmacies to clothing stores. To Friedrichstraße it's only 20min and to Alexanderplatz 25min. To Warschauer Straße it's 30min which is the center of night life and where you'll find many clubs and bars.
