This new renovated apartment is located 10 m from the city beach. Old town is just about 10 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 50 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

The apartment is located on the top floor, consists of one main bedroom with double bed, living room with couch, full equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. There are air conditions (one in the kitchen and living room, and one in the bedroom ), TV and wi-fi, in front of building is parking place for your car.
In the kitchen are cafe machine, toaster, fridge, cooker, microwave, cafeteira ( espresso maker ) and everithig what you need for cooking. In the fridge you will find water, milk, some fruit and vegetable, juice... Also, there will be for you cafe, tea, salt, sugar, spices and all dishes you can need. Just enough so you can enjoy in preparing your favorite meal.
In the bathroom you will have shower soap and liquid soap. There are hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
Near the apartment there are:

To visit historical center of Zadar situated on small peninsula, you have to walk about 15 minutes .
Peninsula is amazing place full of historical monuments, bars, restaurants and modern art installations, there you can find street painter, authentic souvenirs and many other things. There are roman forum, church sv. Donat (9th century), cathedral sv. Stosija, church sv. Marija with amazing gold and silver collection saved by nun Vekenga and numerous small churches and historical monuments.
Probably the most famous attractions on peninsula are sea organ and regard to sunshine. Here you can enjoy in the dark sound of sea and shiny solar system nearby.
