Newly built home on 2.5 acres in south Boise. We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. Includes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Landscaping will be a work-in-progress. We have chickens.

Guests will stay in a mother-in-law quarters attached to the main house alongside the garage. Guests have their own refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and television. The quarters has its own thermostat to control heating and cooling.

Guest access is in the back of he house with a private entrance from the parking area. Guests will receive a door code for an electronic lock. The quarters has a separate outdoor patio area and will have access to the BBQ grill.

The house sits on 2.5 acres. As owners who LOVE DIY projects, the landscaping is a work in progress. Please come back periodically to see how it transforms! ;) We have a little white Bichon who is absolutely lovable and loves people. Feel free to give him pets and cuddles (he’s hypoallergenic!). We also have chickens, so guests will have access to fresh eggs.

Access between the house and quarters is through a single, solid core door which remains locked during your stay. Some interaction is welcome but is entirely up to the guests.
