10 minutes from Offas Dyke path,sleeping 10, our spacious, secluded lodge with hot tub is ideal as a base for walking/ outdoor pursuits,and r and r. Suitable families with children,older guests, cyclists,walkers. We are 5 rated caterers. Extra beds are available to rent in retro orchard caravans.
2 supermarkets & 2 pubs with food 15 minutes walk away. Zip World and Bounce Below are under 1.5 hours. Locally there's cycling, golf, wild swimming. Airbnb rules : Parties or Events not allowed

You'll be staying in a spacious comfortable house on a small private estate just outside of the village of Guilsfield. The 4 bedrooms sleep 10 plus child's bed and cot.
You'll find it equipped to a very high standard - not one of those sterile holiday homes with 6 knives, 6 forks etc. This is a real home from home.
You can use our meadows to exercise your dogs/children! We have access to our own section of the Guilsfield brook which is a shallow stream on the edge of the estate. And if you like horses, our 3 will graciously accept any carrots you have on offer....

You'll have a whole house: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite, another on the ground floor), lounge with SKY and BT Sports,Fibre to Premises Broadband, open plan kitchen and large breakfast room overlooking the garden. There is a laundry room with access to a 9kg washer and a dryer.
Next to the house is an orchard where we can offer outdoor cinema, cocktails and food.

Whether you're coming to explore or your mission is just to relax and wind down....... forget your sleeping tablets! The estate is privately owned and managed. The air is very pure. You can relax in the hot tub under the stars. You shouldn't have any trouble getting a good night's sleep.

Brilliant! Guilsfield is a small village with a population of under 2000. It has a thriving community with its own Guilsfield Village Association Facebook page promoting local events.
There are 2 convenience stores open from around 6am until 9pm 7 days per week. Both have a range of chilled beers and wine. There are 2 pubs in easy walking distance - about 15 minutes. The Kings Head in Guilsfield has a restaurant serving quality gastro type pub meals. The Oak across the road has a Spice Lounge serving Indian food in the restaurant as well as offering a take away service.
The Derwen Garden Centre is just outside the village on the Welshpool Road. It has a great array of trees, shrubs and plants as well as a large cafe serving light meals. They also have a very popular Farm shop and Deli.
