There is just a few houses like this in the whole town, you can walk to almost anywhere in Oslo.
The area is very special with some houses in between apartment blocks very near to the river and nice parks. It is just a 5 minutes walk down to Grunerløkka where you can find cafes, bars and restaurants
The house is 3 floors and 200sqm. ground floor contains a livingroom, dining area and kitchen, 1st floor 3 bedrooms, living room and a bathroom. The basement floor is a separate unit with a combined bedroom and livingroom plus a bathroom- normally the basement floor will only be avaliable for guests who needs more than the 3 bedrooms upstears. Please inform me if you need the extra floor.

Very special small area just a few minutes walk from the river Akerselva and the old industrial area of Oslo, Mølla. In the summer you can grab a coffe and a waffle on the cozy cafe Hønselouisas hus, just beside the river.
