On arrival you will find a thoroughly cleaned and prepared property – a tea/coffee tray with fresh milk and biscuits, pasta, some fruit – the king size bed made up with professional laundry – 1 large and 1 hand towel per person – Tea towel and oven gloves.
Toilet rolls, rubbish bags, liquid soap and adequate cleaning materials e.g. washing up.
For holidays of more than one week, access will be required from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in order to carry out vacuuming and change of bed linen, towels and tea towels, cleaning of kitchen and bathroom.

One travel cot and one high chair can be provided at no extra charge. Please put your requirements in your email when booking.
No bedding is provided for cot, no restraints for high chair.
If you need to use the parking space please tell me in your email when booking.
The parking permit must be displayed on the windshield all the time. You have 15 minutes to display it since you have arrived the first time. You only are responsible for the £100 fine. When leaving the permit must be left in the letterbox n. 46.
No heating from June to September.
