This beautiful guest villa is situated in Malibu Wine Country. Zuma beach, wine tastings, and restaurants are minutes away. This scenic retreat on a vineyard estate has its own private pool, hot tub, patio, and spacious backyard. No indoor kitchen stove/sink. Outdoor bbq grill and sink. Our lovely rural area is not served by traditional broadband internet carriers. Wifi may not be suitable for data-intensive work from home purposes. Our guests have privacy and space to relax.

We are in wine and horse country on a lovely quiet street in the Santa Monica Mountains. Close to hiking, the 101, Malibu wineries, and beaches. Guesthouse is separate from main house with private pool. One queen bedroom and large comfy couch, outdoor kitchen with sink and bbq. Quiet, private and spacious.
