The Babs Building is located on the Hip Strip, next to restaurants, coffee shops, and two breweries. Downtown is a few steps away, across the Higgins Street Bridge. Caras Park is also a short walk, with regular events, including Downtown Tonight and the Missoula Farmers Market. Unit 7 is tastefully updated while retaining the charm of a turn of the century building. Enjoy the best that Missoula has to offer!

Unit 7 has a full kitchen (including dishwasher) with everything you will need to prepare any meal. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a couch that converts into a full sized bed for extra guests.
The Babs building is surrounded by great places to eat and things to do. Le Petit Outre is literally across the street and has the best coffee and pastries in Missoula, but you may also want to try Bernice's Bakery which is also fantastic and a block away. Gild Brewing, Ciao Mambo and the Hob Nob Cafe are all in the same block as the Babs and will probably mean you won't even want to use the kitchen! Kettlehouse Brewing's Southside taproom is a thirty second walk. Big Dipper Ice Cream is a Missoula favorite and is only a block away for an after dinner treat.

In addition to Unit 7, all guests have access to a common room with a regulation-sized pool table. Outside, a cozy patio with a Viking grill is perfect for barbecuing.

New for 2020...in addition to implementing enhanced cleaning protocols, we've added, at minimum, a 24 hour vacancy period between reservations.
