One queen bed, and queen air mattress means this lovely garden-level sleeps up to four.
Located in a fun, historic neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. Close to lower downtown (LoDo) and sporting venues: less than 2 miles/30 minute walk to Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Broncos Stadium, and Union Station.
Private room, living area, and bathroom with separate outside entrance.
No kitchen, but we provide a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee, cream, and sugar.

Private entrance to your private room, living area, and bathroom. No other guests will have access during your stay (unless you invite them). 42' plasma TV, WiFi, and Amazon Echo (hands-free, voice-controlled assistant...you'll want to take her home with you).
The bedroom has one queen size bed and a dresser. The living area is large enough to set up the queen size air mattress (provided), making this available for up to 4 people.
You also have access to the front patio with a small table and 2 chairs.
We, the owners, live upstairs and will happily greet you as you come and go, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy our beautiful neighborhood, city, and state. We love Colorado (both natives) and will happily answer any questions about what to do and see! Give us a good rating and we might even share a few of our secret spots ;)

Use private entrance for access to bedroom, bathroom, and living area. You are welcome to use the fenced patio for pets, smoking, or enjoying the Denver sunshine.
No kitchen, but there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee, cream, and sugar provided. There are plenty of amazing restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner nearby. Need suggestions? Just ask and we shall provide.

Heat and air conditioning controls are located upstairs. We’re happy to adjust up or down (within reason) and can do so from our phones if we happen to be out. Just ask :)
Parking is available on the street and is free. There is plenty of room in front of and to the side of our house for parking. Just be aware of street sweeping signs April-November.
Smoking outside on the patio is permitted. Just please be sure to close doors and windows so the smoke does not come inside.

Historic LoHi/Highlands is a hip Denver neighborhood with beautiful Victorian homes, unique shops, and amazingly delicious restaurants within several minutes walk, yet it still has the quiet feel of a quaint little neighborhood.
We love this location based on walkability. It's a 30 minute walk to all the major sporting venues (professional football, baseball, hockey, and basketball), or a 5 minute Uber, Lyft, or Car2Go ride. You can walk or rent bikes to get to Downtown Denver's Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Elitch's, and more.
