My home is centrally located but in a quiet, tree lined estate. Set well in off the footpath which ensures a great nights sleep.
Within 1 min of the " Waterford Greenway ". * 25% DISC on bike hire available. Storage for bikes is available

Within walking distance to beaches (5 mins) & the centre of Dungarvan (5 mins) - with restauarants,cinema,playgrounds etc

My house has the bedrooms to the front of it and the kitchen and sitting room lead out onto a patio that is the width of the house . You can access the garden through double doors from the sitting room or through the kitchen .
The garden is south facing and gets sun all through the day no matter how little light there is and during the good days of summer there's nothing like sitting out with a glass of wine late into the evening . With high walls and very few houses overlooking it is a very private space .
As well as the back garden there is a huge front garden ideal for kids to play in.

Dungarvan town and west Waterford are a haven for lovers of nature , food , music and culture and fun ! And obvioulsy anyone who is into water activities from watersports to sailing to fishing , we have a plethora of beaches to choose from even small seclued ones which are just perfect to sit on with a good book and enjoy the scenery and salt sea air . Golfers are also well catered for with a few golf courses within a 10 min drive .
We now have the a great amenity for serious fitness people to families with the amazing Waterford Greenway literally 2 mins walk from my house . This amenity is used all year round by runners , walkers or just families as it is so safe to leave your children cycle , walk , run etc . This is a newly developed 45 km off-road track from Dungarvan to Waterford City along the old railway tracks with many highlights along the way including spectacular sea views and 2 viaducts, a beautifully lit tunnel and lots more!
You can hire a bike which operate from three key locations in Waterford, Kilmacthomas and Dungarvan , with two shops in Dungarvan ( one just on the bridge as you enter town and the other in Abbeyside ( known locally as the village ) The Waterford Greenway Bike Hire company have a wide selection of bikes available for all your needs, offering a free, reliable shuttle bus service to all of their hires, enabling you to cycle as little or long as you like along the Greenway!http://www.stickybottle.com/latest-news/waterford-greenway-is-ready-to-go-and-its-a-thing-of-real-beauty/
