Everything is close-by: long sand beaches, promenade & bars; the post office, tapas restaurants of all tastes, shops, supermarkets, several supermarkets by foot. Quiet and yet, so very close to excitement of all kinds - for big and small!
Loved by climbers, hikers, bikers, para-gliders, kite-surfers...ah- and vacationers just enjoying climate and sun+water!

The kitchen is visually connected to the 4-6 seat dining table and air-conditioned living room. A 32" Sony TV has a private Astra 19.2 satellite dish and receiver with USB and HDMI; also a DVD player; most of the Spanish digital HD (!) terrestrial TV channels offer excellent quality, many of the movies shown can be switched from Spanish to their original soundtrack. Living room opens up to glassed-in breakfast and teatime terrace with 4 seats; three huge sliding windows can open towards a calm 1-way street.

The building is handicap-friendly; an elevator for baggage and 4-6 people. Pool is kept tidy and clear, children's shallow pool is adjacent, so kids are never out of sight; behind the pool there is soft-play ball and recreational area; free communitarian Wi-Fi is available there, too; we also offer a private WiFi + WLAN router in the apartment for a faster and more reliable Internet, 1€/day.

Caveat: it's a non-smoking building and so is the apartment; wild parties are a no-go. A moderate charge of €1 to ??/day will depend solely on real energy consumption, determined by your A/C use and how often how many of you will shower, cook, toast or roast....
In "winter times" (Dec-Feb) night temperatures can drop to +10°C -- so, you may want heating: there are 2-3 "estufas" heaters; their 12 Kg butane 'bottles' are @ €18 each and typically last 10-15 days.

The front terrace is glassed-in offering a view onto a side-street; 3 huge sliding windows (2 m² each) allow for airing the flat or breathing the fresh air and to enjoy watching the quietly-busy shoppers and beach-goers. It’s just a few minutes walk to post office, tapas bars, restaurants, pizzerias and even German & Swiss steakhouses; same with sand beaches, promenade, chill-out bars and ... more restaurants! French doors open the master bedroom to the back terrace, overlooking the pool and recreational areas.
Normally (except in CoVid-19 times), summer also offers an in-the-water Toboggan and Fun-Park; + well-accepted and typical 'Chiringuitos': small beach bars in the sand with food and shade next to the softly deepening calm Mediterranean waters.

I am German-Canadian, married happily to a US-German, lived in the US and also the EU where I get some many of my inspirations as artist. The apartment was my parents' home, both long gone. For artistic reasons we live nearby in a 'finca' where we have space and nature all around; if needed, we are 6 min. away. We have made sure that the apartment offers all for vacationers to have a trouble-free, memorable time alone, as a couple or with family; its surroundings are ideal with both the tranquility needed and all the excitement very close-by.
