The villa is unique for its cathedral high ceiling and a private 700 square feet covered patio with unobstructed view of the Caribbean water and ten surrounding islands. The two master bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the great room for maximum privacy.

James was born in South Dakota. At a young age his parents introduced him to the Virgin Islands on a family vacation trip. He fell in love with the caribbean waters and the serenity of the islands. He have lived on all three islands ( St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John) for 31 years. He chose St. John to be our home as the island optimized what he had always dream about living on a tropical island with white sand beach, tradewind breezes and the amazing views. He was one of the contractor joined and completed the Westin Resort in St. John and the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. He had designed and built Mandavilla Properties (Ginger Thomas, Ylang Ylang and Mandavilla) with an amazing views and location. James met Tara in Charleston, SC. They fell in love and together they own , operate and personally cared Mandavilla Properties today for your enjoyment.
