Amazing light-filled studio loft in the best part of Toronto.
In the heart of the Fashion District / Entertainment District, my place is close to Gusto 101, Jimmy's Coffee, The Keg, Lee, Body Blitz and TIFF Bell Lightbox. You’ll love the killer west facing view and balcony, and the designer decor in a penthouse loft studio. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This studio is expertly designed with everything you could need during your stay. It has beautiful west-facing windows and a large balcony; perfect for taking in the sunset. It is on the top floor of the building so you don't have anyone above you.

There is a public parking garage in the building underground where you can pay for parking by the hour or day and have direct elevator access from the garage. Parking rates work out to $20 per day from Sunday to Thursday; $25 on Fridays; $30 on Saturdays.

Unfortunately the pool and gym access is reserved only for residents and is not available for tenants.
