Free city bus a block away... short walk to Gondola Village for dinner, aprés or to head up the mountain!

This condo was renovated from top to bottom, even the plumbing and electrical was redone! Large bedrooms (master with vaulted ceilings), master bath with king bed, second bedroom has bunk beds and a queen. Well laid out kitchen, complete with full-sized fridge and oven/stove, apartment-sized dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy a stay-at-home meal... including a dining table that expands to fit your group! We are on the third level, which gives terrific views from the bedrooms, and higher ceilings than other units in the same complex! The living room has plenty of space for everyone, and includes a Restoration Hardware, leather sleeper sofa-- very comfy!
** Please note: stairs only - no elevator. **
** New for 2018. Living room rug, extra seating chairs and 60” TV. We’ve also added a small table, chairs and rug to the patio space outside the front door for the summer months.**
** New for 2019, master bed headboard and portable air conditioning.**
** Currently, the coffee in the kitchen Starbucks French roast.

* There are no elevators in this complex. Stairs only
*Minimum night stay is two nights, "Possible" one night stay, by request only. No instant booking allowed on one night stays.
* The washer/dryer (laundry room) is on the ground level, and is coin operated
* We ask that you leave the keys and the parking passes on the dining table when you check out. If you accidentally leave with the parking pass, just let me know when you can mail it to us. Otherwise, the loss of the keys or the parking passes will result in a $25 fee for replacement purposes.
* The hot tub is often closed from (approximately) April 20th to May 20th, and again Sept. 20th to Nov 20th for off-season

It's all about the location. Location, location, location! Walk out of the condo, grab your skis from the ski locker, put them on (or walk 25 steps if no snow has recently fell) and you're off! End of the day? Assuming there's snow on the parking lot, ski right back to the ski locker! (otherwise you ski right to the end of the slopes and walk the 25 steps to the locker). Air conditioning in the summer, fire place in the winter!
