Thank you for your kind feedback. We are sad that you had to cut your stay short. The water issue has been resolved and we have a lovely in-house guest at the moment. Sometimes there are water cuts in Cairo. When this happened during your stay, the pump kept running on empty, and broke. We had to remove and fix it. We will ask our future guests to ensure that the switch is off when there is a power or water cut. When you called us about the issue, our property manager, and plumber were at the flat within 45 minutes, and we tried to resolve the issue right away. We offered you a refund for the night without water, and the pump was to be fixed the next day, but I understand that you chose to check out and get refund for the rest of the time.
