We supply almost everything to make your stay stress free and as comfortable as the "Perfect Getaway". Awesome outdoor area with outdoor blinds all around. Can be an open or closed area no matter what the weather decides to do.

Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day.
In this case, I will need 2 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay.
I will communicate time arrival if this is the case.

Keep the place clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
All dishes to be washed and put away.
Upon departure all rubbish is to be removed from the house and placed in the outside bins. Please recycle properly. Not plastic bags in recycle bin. Rubbish collection is Tuesday morning. Please take bins out upon departure.
The cleaning fee charged for your stay is for a BASIC clean - clean linen provided/ clean bath towels provided/ bathrooms and toilets cleaned and sanitised / floors vacuumed and moped.
EXTRA cleaning will incur @ $100 per hour. Eg: dishes not washed and put away - food / drink on floor / walls not cleaned up / pet hair inside and on furniture / pet poo not picked up and binned
