My place is close to downtown Littleton Restaurants, Light Rail, Denver Seminary, Platte River Bike Path, Red Rocks. A great spot for contract workers at Lockheed Martin. It's a great place from which to explore Air Force Academy and Garden of the Gods, Boulder, the mountains and surrounding areas.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the light, the comfy bed, the location and peaceful spirit. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Many of my guests are here for internships, clinical rotations and find it a great place to come home to and relax then explore on the weekends! My place is conveniently and centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The private bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom however I do share the shower only and will always try using it when my guest is away. It has the feel of private living in the entire home.

All common areas are accessible. The laundry room downstairs and the kitchen upstairs are shared spaces. Privacy is a high value of mine. I always recommend notifiying the guest downstairs when doing laundry so they know that people are coming down. They are totally aware this is a shared space.

I love to cook! I'm a personal chef. I love to garden as well. I like to ski, read, go for long walks and many other things. I have 6 grandchildren that I love to spend time with. I love people and learning about different cultures. I have been so blessed to have the most amazingly wonderful people cross my threshold! That is one of the reasons I love Airbnb! I recently returned from Italy visiting my family and I stayed in 3 Airbnb's. I had wonderfully positive, safe and interesting stays. I now have a better idea of what people are looking for when shopping for Airbnb’s and hope to meet that expectation with my guests!
