Bonjour Bia, thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We are sorry to learn post-stay that you experienced issues with the hot water during your time in Paris. There were instructions included in the guidebook on how to reset the boiler if required (this may happen if too many long showers are taken in a short period of time, a common issue in the city). If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we do apologize, as with a quick message you could have informed us and we would have been glad to assist you with resetting it. We do hope you enjoyed the location of the apartment in spite of all of this.
