Guests will share full kitchen and Living room but keep in mind no heavy cooking (especially smelly and greasy items). Light cooking such as vegetables, clean meats (with care) and starches are fine.

Although not the richest, the cookie cutter, nor the Beverly Hills of neighborhoods, our neighborhood, although on a semi busy street, is quiet, especially at nights . I have lived here for 2 years and I can truly say that I do feel safe as I have never experienced or witnessed any issues that would cause me to want to move. With that said, as with anywhere one should always be alert of their surroundings.
