My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
STAY HERE!!! We had 19 of us, ranging in age from 5 to adult, and it could have slept a few more. There are two really nice bedrooms upstairs which worried me a little going to an old farm house in a hot humid place but it felt VERY comfortable in those bed rooms. I wanted a place to sleep and eat breakfast, but I almost wish we would have planned one more day just to enjoy the farm house!
This place fits 20 people comfortably with the two pull out couches. The hot tub was clean and perfect temperature. We celebrated my birthday here with friends and it worked out perfectly. There's room in the back yard to set up some outdoor games. There's a propane grill provided. There's also a park across the street with a full size basketball court and baseball field. This is perfect for big groups! Greg was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions.
The home is an old building from the 1840's which is pretty well preserved. There have been some additions on it over the years so it is pretty big. There are interesting books and pictures about Mormon History that we liked. This home is across the street from a beautiful park with playground and ball field. It is a bit north of the temple, perhaps a bit far to walk, but it is not up hill. My family of nine children, four children in law and eight grand children had a great time.
